Reed’s Compounding Pharmacy is PCAB Accredited
Since 1998, the father-daughter pharmacist team, Tom Reed and Dana Reed-Kane, have served the Tucson community with dedication, expertise and history invested in caring for patients.
Prior to teaming with his daughter in 2001, Tom owned and operated Jones United Drug Company in Tucson since 1979. With a strong work ethic and passion for providing individual care to his patients, Tom established a dedicated clientele of patients. When he closed the doors of this full-service pharmacy,
Jones United Drug Company was recognized for its contributions as the longest independently run pharmacy in Arizona state history.
Shortly after Dana Reed graduated from University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in 1996, they decided to open a pharmacy that would allow them to continue offering individual care to patients while this time specializing in a more individual approach — compounding.
Since opening in 1998, Reed’s Compounding Pharmacy has tripled in size with services ranging from consultations, screenings, diabetic footwear, pain management, women’s and men’s health as well as veterinary compounding.
Dana Reed-Kane has become an internationally acclaimed speaker as she provides education to practitioners, pharmacists and the public around the world. Over the past decade, she has been a leading voice for such topics as women’s health issues and hormone replacement therapy.
Using the latest educational information, state-of-the-art techniques and equipment, Reed’s Compounding Pharmacy meets and exceeds all State and Federal laws, regulations and standards. With our top priority being our patients, we build our business around the relationships created with people like you... One patient, one provider and one pharmacy working together in a triad relationship in order to achieve the common goal of improving overall health for the patient.
